PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a vehicle which can lubricate well to an area which requires the lubrication for a speed shifting section on a second axial center without thickening a rotary shaft for the lubrication. SOLUTION: In this driving device, the operating oil is fed to a vertical passage 160 in the first intermediate shaft 40 and the second intermediate shaft 42 from a lubricaing passage 164 provided on a support member 104 which rotatably supports a first intermediate shaft 40 and a second intermediate shaft 42 on the second axial center CL2. Therefore, as compared with a case in which the lubricating oil is fed from the shaft end of a rotary shaft, a distance between an area to which the operating oil is fed and an area which requires the lubrication in the first intermediate shaft 40 and the second intermediate shaft 42 and so forth becomes shorter, and the sufficient lubrication to the area which requires the lubrication for the speed can be performed without thickening the first intermediate shaft 40 and the second intermediate shaft 42 for the lubrication.
