PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like medium punching mechanism with high efficiency and high reliability, capable of solving a problem of retreat of a paper sheet fed before even if a paper sheet fed later catches up with the paper that has stayed in a punching means part for punching process, while responding to high productivity with simple structure. SOLUTION: A carrying means 6 for carrying the sheet-like medium, a reversing means 41 for reversing the sheet-like medium carried by the carrying means, and a punching means 14 for punching the sheet-like medium carried from the reversing means are provided.
