PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector capable of restraining an electromagnetic wave from being generated from a wiring board by achieving conduction of a shielding plate and the wiring board, even when the shielding plate is arranged on a side opposite to the soldering surface of the wiring board, and achieving making them continuous, even when stress, such as external force, is applied. SOLUTION: The projector is equipped with a conductive clip 21, attached so as to be brought into contact with a soldering surface 19a of a power source board 19 and the shielding plate 20 and including a hole part 21d for screwing. The conductive clip 21 is constituted of a metallic leaf spring member, and has a U-shape, comprising a pair of interposing parts 21a and 21b and a coupling part 21c coupling them. The corner parts at the aperture ends of the interposing parts 21a and 21b have chamfered parts 21e, formed so as to be symmetric with respect to a center line 200, extended in the insertion direction X of the conduction clip 21, as seen in plan view.
