PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a conventional wristband used by being mounted on the arm for readily putting in/out small articles without especially preparing a portable band, when carrying the small articles such as coins by a simple method. SOLUTION: The inside of the cylindrical wristband 1 composed of a stretchable woven or fabric is provided with a pocket 2, the pocket 2 is attached with a flap 4 for covering the opening 3 of the pocket, and both end edges 5 of the flap 4 is fixedly sewn on the wristband 1 or the pocket 2.
