The membrane is connected with the upper side of a float on a fixing region arranged radially outside of the outlet openings. Preferred Features: The fixing region is connected to a fixing element arranged centrally on the float. A housing wall (12) through which the outlet openings pass has a bulge (26) extending axially away from the fixing region.
