<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate accurate alignment with respect to an aligning mechanism for a medical stapler to align a position to insert a staple with the center of an incision in suturing a incision site during surgery or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a medical stapler equipped with a main body 1 of the stapler with a striking mechanism for medical staples and a head part 3, which strikes staples by a driver plate 6 provided on the striking mechanism and has a front wall 4 to guide the front part of the staple to be struck, to strike the staples by pressing the end of the head part 3 against a skin around a wound, the main body 1 is made of a synthetic resin material, and a central protruded rim 13a is formed along the center of the front wall 4 in the front part of the main body 1 in a manner to correspond to the central upper part of a staple striking part 11 of the head part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
