PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oiling apparatus which causes a vehicle sensor to sense a vehicle coming into an oiling area, and causes an annunciator unit to advise a customer to carry out a destaticizing operation before getting to oiling work, thus allows the customer to eliminate static electricity without fail to prevent a dangerous accident caused by static electricity charge. SOLUTION: The oiling apparatus includes a body case 11 which has a lower case 13 storing an oiling mechanism, and an upper case 14 which is disposed on the top of the lower case 13 and stores a controller 40 controlling various equipment. The body case 11 is raised on an island 2 facing the oiling area. The oiling apparatus further includes the vehicle sensor 32 which detects a vehicle coming into the oiling area on the island 2, a destaticizing operation unit 20 for eliminating static electricity from a human body, the annunciator unit 30 which makes an announcement that advises a customer to carry out a destaticizing operation on the destaticizing operation unit 20 in response to a vehicle sense signal from the vehicle sensor 32, and a destaticizing switch 26 which stops the announcement by the annunciator unit 30 upon sensing the destaticizing operation by the destaticizing operation unit 20.
