PURPOSE:To convert a furniture type foot warmer to a heat pump type by suspending and fixing an indoor unit of a heat pump air conditioner on the rear surface of the furniture type foot warmer and providing an upper blow-off port, a lower blow-off port and an air flowpath changeover damper. CONSTITUTION:The indoor unit 2 is suspended and fixed from and to the back surface of a furniture type foot warmer 1. During the space heating operation, a handle for a changeover damper is fixed in such a direction that a changeover damper 9 closes an upper blow-off port 12 and opens a lower blow-off port 11. An air flow S1 induced by a blower 4 is heated in a heat exchanger 3 and turned into a hot-air flow S2 which is blown off downwardly and heats the room. During the space cooling operation, in the changeover damper 9, a handle for the changeover damper is fixed in such a manner that the changeover camper 9 closes the lower blow-off port 11 and opens the upper blow-off port 12. Further, a top plate 31 is slightly floated to be fixed from the furniture type foot warmer 1, whereby a cool air flow S3 is passed between the top plate 31 and the furniture type foot warmer 1. |
