PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device free from separation of a top plate by applying mechanical retaining constitution in adhering the top plate and a top frame besides an adhesive agent, with respect to the separation of the top plate caused by deterioration of the adhesive agent by application of load in the adhesion deviating direction of the top plate when a pot or the like is placed on a top surface of the top plate. SOLUTION: The top plate 13 and the top frame 15 are retained by using the adhesive agent 16 on an upper wall surface 23 of the top plate 13, and further applying receiving constitutions 17, 19, 22 for mechanically supporting the top plate 13, to prevent separation of the top plate 13. Thus the safety device free from intrusion of water to an electricity charging portion at a center of a main body can be provided by applying a water-repellent material 25 at an inner part of the adhesion portion of the top plate 13 and a constitution of a water-proof partitioning wall 26, even when the adhesion portion of the top plate 13 is separated and the water or the like in cooking is intruded.
