PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating shaft bending mechanism capable of bending a rotating shaft to any angle and a working device capable of remarkably increasing work efficiency by providing the rotating shaft bending mechanism. SOLUTION: An oscillating shaft bending mechanism 22 installed in a tooth brush device 1 comprises a rotating shaft 41 of a drive motor 13, a gear 42 secured to the rotating shaft 41, a gear 44 secured to a rotating shaft 43 crossing perpendicularly to the rotating shaft 41, an oscillating member 45 disposed adjacent to the tilted part 43B of the rotating shaft 43, and an oscillating shaft 46 secured to the oscillating member 45. By meshing the gear 42 with the gear 44, when the rotating shaft 41 is rotated, the gear 44 and the rotating shaft 43 are rotated to oscillate the oscillating member 45 and the oscillating shaft 46. By changing an angle at which the rotating shaft 41 or the oscillating shaft 46 is linked to the gear 44, the rotating shaft 41 and the oscillating shaft 46 can be bent each other.
