PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface obstacle collection device capable of sanitarily collecting an obstacle such as a small animal killed by running over, by easily collecting the obstacle while traveling with a convenient, lightweight and small collection part to be equipped in a traveling vehicle. SOLUTION: This road surface obstacle collection device is composed of a collection mechanism 1 formed of a box-shaped storage part 11a of a front opening, a wheel attached to the storage part 11a and an elastic plate having proper flexibility and having a scraper 13 agitatedly rotated with a storage part front edge position as an axis, and an installation part having a vertically moving mechanism of vertically moving the collection mechanism and installing the collection mechanism in a predetermined vehicle A.
