The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, pharmaceutical product or kit comprising a first active ingredient which is a P2X₇ receptor antagonist, and a second active ingredient which is 2-hydroxy-5-[[4-[(2-pyridinylamino)sulfonyl]phenyl]azo]benzoic acid (sulfasalazine) or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof, for use in the treatment of inflammatory disorders.
