The holder (1) is provided with a housing portion (3) capable of taking the chemical warmer (2) in and out or attaching the same. This thermotherapy apparatus (1) can maintain a temperature suitable for thermotherapy for a long period of time, and can hold the chemical warmer at an appropriate site without sliding against the movement of the joint part, therefore, it can be effectively applied to the joint part.</p>
