<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a small amount of hot water of very high temperature flows out from a column, when a cock of the column is slightly opened. <P>SOLUTION: When a hot water supply temperature detector 123 detects a prescribed temperature in a state that the cock of the column 124 is in a slightly opened state after the hot water supply from the column 124 is temporarily stopped, and a small amount of hot water flows out from the column 124, a valve opening at a tap water side, of a hot water supply mixing valve 122 is controlled to increase a mixing ratio of the tap water.
