PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and accurate method for ensuring safety and security of residents by detecting breakage of a window glass member and illegal intrusion and notifying authorities concerned of such an occurrence. SOLUTION: A glass member is provided with a minute IC chip to transmit data on the state of the glass component at all times using weak radio waves. A wireless terminal collection device comprising a transmitter-receiver is disposed at a key spot in a building, automobile or others to make notifications to various websites on an information network connected to the wireless terminal collection device. Websites including a website for customer communications, a security company's website, a glass component company's website and a damage insurance company's website cooperate with one another to provide a method for performing regular maintenance, calculation of damages, detection of illegal intrusion and insurance payment without delay and without inconvenience to customers.
