PLANT CULTIVATION CONTAINER, METHOD FOR CULTIVATING PLANT, AND PLANT CULTIVATION CULTURE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation container rectifying, by a simple method, a defect of a conventional culture method comprising shortage of carbon dioxide in a cultivation container while making use of an advantage of the conventional culture method: to provide a plant cultivation method using the container: and to provide a plant cultivation culture medium. SOLUTION: The plant cultivation container is designed so that photocatalyst is supported on the inside and illuminated with light while bringing the photocatalyst into contact with an organic compound so as to generate carbon dioxide necessary for growth of the plant. With the plant cultivation container, plant bodies or plant tissues in the container can be cultured/cultivated with little change in the conventional cultivation, raising seedling and culture method, without making the plant bodies or the plant tissues in the container fall in shortage of carbon dioxide.
