<p>An accessory for detachably connecting a web-belt (16) to a backpack (12) comprises a unitary element including a base panel (18) joined respectively at first and second fold lines (20,22) to bottom and top panels (24,26), with the top panel (26) in turn being joined at a third fold (28) line to a flap (30), and with all fold lines being parallel. The base panel (18) has a back surface adapted to be secured to the backpack (12), and a front surface configured and dimensioned to lie along a back side of the web-belt (16). The bottom panel (24) is foldable at the first fold line (20) to a position overlying a front surface of the web-belt (16), the top panel (26) is foldable at the second fold line (22) to overlie the thus folded bottom panel, and the flap (30) is foldable at the third fold line (28) to underlie a rear surface of the base panel (18). The thus folded flap (30) is detachably secured to the rear surface of the base panel (18) by a Velcro-type fastener (50) or the like.</p> |
