A turntable of a spindle motor is provided to persistently apply a stress to an optical disc during rotation of a turntable, thereby preventing the separation of the turntable by improving the structures of coupling parts of the turntable. A disc plate has a circle plate, and a penetration hole(102) is formed at the center of the disc plate. A rotary shaft is inserted into the penetration hole of the disc plate. A plurality of coupling parts(112) is formed around the penetration hole(102). Each of the coupling parts(112) is composed of a first inclination surface(112a) inclining at a first angle and a second inclination surface(112b) inclining from the first inclination surface at a second angle.
