FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of bent shapes. ^ SUBSTANCE: shape bending mill includes row of shaping stands with horizontal rolls arranged one over another; entry and outlet guides. Mill also includes additional guides. Each additional guide is in the form of additional lengthwise corrugation on horizontal web of main corrugation and it is mounted by its end portion in turning of lower roll of last stand for shaping lengthwise corrugation with possibility of regulation by height. End portion of guide is spaced from axis of said roll to side of previous roll by distance consisting of 0.01 of its radius or more. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of shapes with additional corrugations on horizontal webs of main corrugations due to elimination of distortion of contour of leading end at piecewise profiling. ^ 4 dwg |
