Provided are a method for preparing a walnut cookie, and the walnut cookie prepared by the method which contains a walnut by a volume of at least 1/3 to allow the chewing taste of a walnut to be sensed. The method comprises the steps of preparing materials and pasting them; preparing a red bean core and 1/4 of a walnut; preheating a device for manufacturing a walnut cookie comprising a plurality of upper framed and lower frames; (S71) putting a walnut into the lower frames with hands when the device is heated suitably; (S72) filling the paste; filling the red bean core; (S73) re-filling the paste; (S74) covering the upper frames and the lower frames, rotating once and removing the upper frames; and (S75) taking the walnut cookie off from the lower frames, wherein the time required from the injection of a walnut to the pulling of a walnut cookie is 3 min 20 sec to 3 min to 30 sec. |
