A voting paper and a manufacturing method for the same for improving auto-counting and red stamping ink application performance are provided to decrease the number of invalid voting papers caused due to an error generated in an automatic counter by preventing the red stamping ink from spreading or staining the back side of the voting paper. The voting paper for improving auto-counting and red stamping ink application performance contains silica of 2~5wt.%, TiO2(Titanium Oxide) of 2~5wt.%, alkyltrimethyl ammonium salt of 0.5~1wt.%, and a friction coefficient improving agent of 0.5~1wt.% like oxidized-type polyethylene sulfides. The voting paper manufacturing method comprises the steps of: adding and mixing silica of 2~5wt.% and TiO2 of 2~5wt.% in a mixing process and adding and mixing alkyltrimethyl ammonium salt of 0.5~1wt.% and a friction coefficient improving agent of 0.5~1wt.% in a size press process. |
