An anti-sulfation apparatus of a battery for removing an over-discharge factor is provided to improve the performance and to prolong lifetime of the battery, by suppressing a sulfation phenomenon without over-discharge. In an anti-sulfation apparatus of a battery(500) for removing an over-discharge factor, a constant voltage part(100) stabilizes a voltage outputted from the battery. A state monitoring part(200) controls an output by comparing an input voltage inputted from the battery with a reference voltage applied from the constant voltage part. A pulse generation part(300) applies a pulse to the battery in order to prevent sulfation by receiving a driving signal when the input voltage is larger than the reference voltage. A state display part(400) informs the state of the battery, by receiving a control signal from the state monitoring part.
