A light guiding plate and a method for forming the same are provided to eliminate the process of forming patterns, which uniformly diffuse a light, on the light guiding plate, thereby reducing the time for forming the light guiding plate. Bead particles(12) are injected into a material(11). A light guiding plate(10) is formed by using the material containing the bead particles. The distribution of bead particles within the light guiding plate is used as a pattern, which provides a uniform brightness through the entire surface of the light guiding plate by diffusing the light emitted from a light source(20) to the entire surface of the light guiding plate.
