An LCD panel assembly and an LCD comprising the same are provided to previously prevent the generation of afterimage on the LCD panel at the power-off time, by discharging the voltage charged in the LCD panel in real-time and promptly. An LCD panel assembly comprises a thin film transistor substrate, a color filter substrate, and a reset part(220). The reset part is configured to discharge the voltage charged by the potential difference between the thin film transistor substrate and the color filter substrate. The reset part discharges the voltage when an electric power, which is supplied to the thin film transistor substrate and the color filter substrate, is turned off. |
