A louver assembly for the side of a window in a building is provided to control the sunlight penetrated deep into a building by shading a window in summer and to extend service life by rotating not to be transformed or damaged by wind and replacing the damaged member only. A louver assembly for the side of a window in a building contains a fixing cylinder member fitted with a louver member to shade a window(1200) and to control sunlight in summer, a wall joint member provided with a female screw thread to couple with the fixing cylinder member, a louver member(500) made of waste synthetic resins or waste synthetic rubber to cut off noise and inserted to the outer circumference of the fixing cylinder member after the fixing cylinder member is coupled with the wall joint member to rotate around the fixing cylinder member, a cylindrical end piece member(700) formed to stop up the ends of the fixing cylinder member and the louver member after the louver member is inserted to the fixing cylinder member, and a stopper member(900) made of waste synthetic rubber and formed by projecting an external wall(1100) of the top of the wall joint member to prevent the louver member from falling over the opposite side. |
