A method of making a health supplementary food containing soup prepared with fermented soybeans(cheongkukjang) and DHA as a main material is provided. The food is useful for pregnant women and nursing mothers and old persons. To make titled health supplementary food, 40.0 to 60.0% by weight of soup prepared with fermented soybeans is mixed with 18.0 to 22.0% by weight of DHA powder, 8.0 to 12.0% by weight of algae calcium, 3.0 to 7.0% by weight of chicory powder, 3.0 to 7.0% by weight of chlorella, 3.0 to 7.0% by weight of germinated brown rice extract, 3.0 to 7.0% by weight of spinach extract, 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of vitamin C and 1.5 to 2.0% by weight of dandelion powder. |
