A device and a method for managing delivery of repair parts are provided to enable a manager to easily check repair target products used by a user and the repair parts by updating contents of a storing part to the latest state always. The storing part(1000) stores contract ID information for identifying a contract for repair part delivery made between the manager(100) managing the repair parts and a repairman(200) repairing the repair target products by matching with repair part ID information for identifying the repair parts installed to the repair target product. When the manager delivers the repair part to the user(300), and a part exchange purpose notification of the repair part is received, an updater updates the repair part ID information stored in the storing part with the repair part ID information of the delivered repair part by an update order of the manager.
