A method of preparing composite inorganic nano-sol with improved dispersion quality is provided to produce the nano-sol functioning of an optical catalyst even at visible region as well as UV region, and to have decomposition ability of volatile organic compound by adding inorganic material to metal oxide. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a solution by adding alkoxide or non-alkoxide to ethanol, methanol or isopropyl alcohol solvent; forming inorganic nano-sol by adding acidic catalyst, hydrogen peroxide and water to the solution; and adding metal precursor to the inorganic nano-sol. The alkoxide or non-alkoxide precursor is any one selected from titanium oxide, tin oxide and zirconiumoxide. Relative molar ratios of the oxide, water, the acidic catalyst and the solvent are 0.8-1.2 : 39.0-40.0 : 0.5-0.7 : 15.0-16.0. The oxide is selected from titanium isopropoxide, tin(II) chloride dehydrate and zirconium(II) chloride hexahydrate. |
