<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves finding a position of a vehicle at an initial point in time by calculating the position of the vehicle in a video picture recorded at this point in time. Another position of the vehicle is found at a later point by calculating the position of the vehicle in the picture recorded at that point. An elapsed time between the points in time is determined by adding the number of recorded pictures and multiplying them by a time interval in which the pictures are recorded.
