An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display device is provided to improve the contrast ratio by compensating for the decrease of a data voltage, which is applied to pixels. An organic EL display device includes a display panel, a scan driver, plural demultiplexers, and a data driver. The display panel includes plural pixels(110), which are formed in the intersections of plural scan and data lines, and displays an image. The scan driver supplies a scan signal to the scan lines and selects plural pixels. The demultiplexers sequentially supply data voltages to the data lines. The data driver supplies the data voltage to plural output lines, which are connected to the respective demultiplexers. Each of the pixels includes a storage capacitor(Cst) and an auxiliary capacitor(Caux). The storage capacitor stores the data voltage from the data lines in response to the scan signal. The auxiliary capacitor is connected between the storage capacitor and the scan lines and generates a compensation voltage for increasing the data voltage, when the level state of the scan signal is changed.
