A block structure for a gutter, wherein a vegetable fiber layer formed of palm fibers is integrally fitted to the inner surface of a concrete material having water permeability, side wall surfaces forming the inner surface are formed stepwise, and a bottom surface forming the inner surface is formed in an irregular shape. Also, these both side walls are formed in a curved shape or S-shape. When a water channel is formed of the block structure for the gutter, the supply and drain of water content between the water channel and soil therearound is enabled, the flow velocity of water can be reduced, and zones with different flow velocities can be formed. Thus, an environment at and around the water channel can be brought into a natural state, and an environment for growing underwater creatures can be brought into an extremely excellent state. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
