An FRP plate tension device without fixing an anchor comprises an anchor support(200) composed of a cover plate, an extension support plate and a Ý‹-shaped support and fixed directly to a lower body of an anchor device(100), a tension device(300) provided with a hydraulic cylinder and installed on the extension support plate horizontally to occupy a minimum space for tensioning an FRP plate(600) and to apply prestress, a rear fixing block(400) located on the rear of the Ý‹-shaped support via an FRP plate housing groove of an FRP holding block from the lower body of the anchor device and composed of a top rear fixing block(410) and a bottom rear fixing block(420) to anchor the FRP plate.
