The trough has content discharging units, each constituted of movable units (21) and hollow zones (30), and handling units (22). Each hollow zone drains the content from the trough. Each unit (21), with a movable guillotine trapdoor (24), a movable flap trapdoor and a trapdoor with handle, closes or releases the zone, when the trough is in work position or is in inclined discharging position, respectively. The units (21) and the zones are placed on vertical walls (23) forming the ends of the trough. An independent claim is also included for a mechanical or pneumatic seeder, for sowing seeds contained in a reservoir, comprising an elongated trough.
