An apparatus for preventing receive sensitivity from being degraded due to a single tone and a method therefor are provided to attenuate a transmission signal incoming to a receiving stage, through simple circuit configuration, thereby preventing deterioration of receive sensitivity caused by a single tone even without using an expensive terminal component on the receiving stage. A phase shifter(210) phase-shifts signals coupled in a coupler(120) of a transmission stage, so that the signals have 180-degree phase differences with a transmission signal incoming to a receiving stage from a duplexer(130). The attenuator(210) attenuates the phase-shifted signals so as to have the same size as the transmission signal incoming to the receiving stage. A combiner(220) combines the transmission signal incoming to the receiving stage, a signal of the receiving stage which includes a receiving signal, and the phase-shifted and attenuated signals altogether.
