The telecommunications system operating method has a call number database (CNDB1) for storing subscriber call numbers, with generation of a primary information stored in a memory (PMS) of a server (S) and a number of secondary informations from corresponding reaction information, a subscriber call number and/or the geographical location of the subscriber reacting to the primary information, with transmission of the primary information to the subscriber held in the database via a server terminal (SS). The latter detects the reaction information from a subscriber and records the subscriber number and/or location for entry in a second call number database (CNDB2), used for transmission of the secondary information. An Independent claim for an operating installation for a telecommunications system is also included.
