FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHODE THEREOF

A field emission display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and prevent damage due to foreign materials by attaching adhesive targets to each other without using adhesive materials. A plurality of spacers(64) are closely connected to one of an anode substrate(34) and a cathode substrate(32). The spacers and the substrates are attached to each other by forming a fusion part around an interface between the spacers and the substrates. The fusion part is formed by irradiating laser beams vertically to the interface between the spacers and the substrates. The irradiated laser beams include laser beams having different energy levels.
