Provided are a curing resin composition which can form a cured film of multilayered structure having a low refractive index layer and a high refractive index layer into a single film, and a cured film prepared from the composition. The curing resin composition comprises (A) a tin-containing indium oxide particle; (B) a fluorine-containing polymer containing an ethylenically unsaturated group; (C) a solvent which has a high solubility to the fluorine-containing polymer containing an ethylenically unsaturated group; and (D) a solvent which has a high dispersion stability to a tin-containing indium oxide particle and is compatible with the solvent (C). The relative evaporation velocity of the solvent (C) is higher than that of the solvent (D).
