Provided are an antistatic water-dispersible coating solution whose antistatic property is maintained for a long time, and an antistatic polyester film coated with the coating solution which is excellent in adhesion and heat resistance. The antistatic water-dispersible coating solution comprises an antistatic composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of an acrylic water-dispersible emulsion binder resin, 20-500 parts by weight of a cationic polymer antistatic agent represented by the formula 1, and 10-200 parts by weight of an inorganic fine particle; and water, wherein R1 is a C1-C4 alkyl group; R2 or R3 is a C1-C8 alkyl group; X is a halogen atom, a dialkyl halide ether group or an alkyl sulfonate group; and the alkyl group is a C1-C4 alkyl group. |
