A deterministic schedule method for a communication control is provided to transmit and receive data within a constant time by reducing delay time, by detecting a last frame among transmission data of a node and then transmitting next data promptly. According to a deterministic schedule method for a communication protocol, a PLC broadcasts a null frame and waits for a receiving frame. If the receiving frame is not received, it is regarded that there is no PLC in the network by operating a timer for a constant time from the null frame transmission time. An information list for each module constituting the network is generated and managed. If the receiving frame is received, counter part information is updated in the information list, and data communication is performed according to the module sequence of the information list.
