A mobile communication terminal for turning on/off a flash and a camera by using a magnetic sensor is provided to turn on/off operation of the flash and the camera in accordance with opening/closing actions of an opening/closing device in semi-permanent way in proportion to duration of a magnet and the magnetic sensor included in the opening/closing device, thus a risk of damage to the magnetic sensor caused by external physical shock is low. An opening/closing device(200) is in a structure interfaced with a setting unit(204), and controls opening/closing actions of the setting unit(204). The device(200) comprises as follows. A cover(210) is in a structure interfaced with the rim of the setting unit(204), and has a hole(211) on the center. An operating plate(220) is punched with a hole(223) for exposing a flash(206) and a lens. Wherein a protruded rotational shaft is formed in one section by being inserted into an insertion groove(202) of the setting unit(204) while a magnet(230) is installed in the other section. A magnetic sensor(235) is formed in one section of the cover(210) in order to sense a change of a magnetic field from the magnet(230).
