A method for forming an organic metal precursor solution and a method for fabricating film-type oxide superconductor using an organic metal deposition process are provided to improve a characteristic of a superconductive film by partially modifying a common organic metal deposition process. After metal salt and metal oxide are mixed with organic acid and water, in which a stoichiometry composition ratio of metal ions is RE:Ba:Cu=(1+x):2:3, the mixture is heated(S1). After the mixture is absolutely solved, the mixture is evaporated until a solution becomes a gel state(S2). An organic metal compound of a gel state is solved in an organic solvent to obtain a precursor solution for manufacture of superconductive oxide thin film(S3). |
