The prefabricated window seat consists of a cast mineral (1) and an integrated hard foam plate (3), wherein the upper and lower sides of the hard foam plate are covered with a gauze (4,5) consisting of mineral, synthetic or metal threads, and the hard foam plate, on the underside of the window seat behind the intrados projection (2), is embedded flush in the cast mineral and reaches over the remaining depth of the window seat. The bearing side of the hard foam plate is sealed with a cast mineral film.
