A hang glider simulator is provided to enable a beginner or a general user to safely enjoy a hang glider by safely moving the hang glider, as the hang glider is connected to an upper and lower rope. The upper and lower rope(1,8) is installed to a mountainous area, plains, and beaches, and the hang glider(4) is fixed between two ropes. The hang glider is moved by using the upper and lower ropes. Each rope(2,7) is respectively connected between the upper or lower rope, and the hang glider. A motor(3) pulls or pushes the upper and lower ropes for moving the hang glider.
