<p>A multicast routing method in a mobile Ad-hoc network environment is provided to reduce the overhead for a control packet in case a source node transmits data through a multicast method in a mobile Ad-hoc network environment. In case that a source node has data to be transmitted to destination nodes, a control packet for data transmission is forwarded to the destination nodes from the source node according to a predetermined method. In this case, the control packet is transferred through a flooding method or a 1-hop broadcast method. Information for the nodes on the path, through which the control packet is transferred, is formed in a tree structure. The source node transmits the data to the destination nodes by using the formed tree structure.</p> |
