Two cones are arranged with their bottom walls (2a) facing each other. Permanent magnets on the cylindrical wall sections of the cones form part of the periphery of the rotor. A rotatable driving disk (1) is accommodated in a housing with the surface normal parallel to the rotary axis of the rotor. The bottom walls of the cones are arranged together with a bearing on the driving disk for valve coupling. An independent claim is also included for a segment drive.
