A system and a method for offering a location based bulletin board service are provided to generate location based bulletin information mapped with the first terminal location information by obtaining the location information of the first terminal when the first terminal generates bulletin information, and to transmit the generated location based bulletin information to the second terminal. A member manager(310) manages information for members subscribed for a bulletin board service. A bulletin information manager(320) generates the location based bulletin information including the first terminal location information by receiving the bulletin information from the first terminal(100) wanting to register the bulletin information, obtaining the location information of the first terminal, matching the obtained location information with the bulletin information. A bulletin information transmitter(330) transmits the location based bulletin information to the second terminal(200) of the members registered to a service management server(300) or selected by the first terminal. |
