OLDHAMRING HAVING AN OIL COMMUNICATING PORTION FOR A SCROLL COMPRESSOR

An oldham ring having oil communicating portions for a scroll compressor is provided to reduce resistance generated by oil compression in the process of oldham ring's moving on a main frame, thereby reducing an input for moving the oldham ring and improving efficiency of the compressor. An oldham ring having oil communicating portions for a scroll compressor includes oldham ring keys(50b) protruded for moving along rotation preventing grooves(30c) formed on an oldham ring moving surface(10b) of a main frame(10), wherein the oldham ring moving surface has oldham ring key grooves(10c) so that the oldham ring keys are inserted and move in the oldham ring key grooves. The oldham ring keys are formed with oil communicating portions(50b') for oil flowing along the rotation preventing grooves to pass through the oldham ring keys. The oil communicating parts are formed by penetrating the oldham ring keys or indenting bottom surfaces of the oldham ring keys.
