DEVICE FOR RECORDING AND RELEASING A VOICE AND AMBIENT SOUND IN A EMERGENCY

A personal voice recording device in an emergency is provided to record voice information around a user as supplying power in an emergency, and to enable the recorded voice information to be sent in order to track a position of the sent information, thereby finding out a position of a person who sends an emergency signal. A band-pulse filter(200) modulates a voice signal detected by a microphone(100) into a signal of certain bandwidth. An amplifier(300) amplifies the signal modulated by the filter(200). A microcomputer(400) analyzes/decides on voice information as converting the signal. A storage unit(800) stores the voice information. A power unit(700) applies power to each component. An LED(Light Emitting Diode)(410) is turned on as soon as the power is applied. A sensor unit(900) senses information whether the information is sent from a land or from the bottom of the sea. A voice sender(500) sends the voice information in the air.
