FIRE RESISTING STRUCTURE BY THE PARTIAL COVERING OF REINFORCED CONCRETE

A fire-resistant structure of reinforced concrete by partial covering is provided to improve fire-resisting efficiency economically and effectively by covering the corners of a reinforced concrete structure partially with fire-resistant materials. A fire-resistant structure of reinforced concrete by partial covering is completed by arranging vertical reinforcing bars(R) and tie bars(S) and covering fire-resistant materials(F) at a width(D) of 100 millimeters from the corners of a rectangular reinforced concrete column which is covered with concrete(C). Hereon the fire-resistant materials are covered to a thickness of 2~5 millimeters equivalent to 500~400‹C, that is the temperature of vertical reinforcing bars located on the corners in due consideration of safety factor.
