A non-aqueous conditioner composition is provided to serve soft feeling and excellent brilliance to both wet and dry hairs by protecting stability of silicon and increasing its viscosity. The non-aqueous conditioner composition comprises 1-90 wt.% of polyol having at least two hydroxy groups, 1-50 wt.% of lower alcohol having one hydroxy group and carbon number of 6 or less, 0.1-10 wt.% of higher alcohol having carbon number of 12-22, represented by the formula(1): H3C-(CH2)n-OH, 0.1-10 wt.% of cationic surfactant, and 0.01-10 wt.% of silicon, wherein n is 11 to 21; the polyol is ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, isoprene glycol or glycerol; and the silicon is polydimethylsiloxane, phenylsiloxane, alkylmethylsiloxane, dimethicone polyol, silicon quaternium or trimethylsilylamodimethicone.
